Our wings are not tired.

Oh Yummy!!! Everything looks good. I don't think we need to have a carving station with a carver and a big hunk 'o meat, IMO. A selection of finger foods sound better to me.

I'm big time allergic to onion, but as long as I know it is in something I can avoid it. Since the rest of the world loves the stuff I am used to dealing.

If I had to pick two I like the sound of the Assortment of Bouchees and the Tips of Belgian Endive.

But really, it all sounds good...

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Speaking of Weremonkeyfest - I will be driving to it from Chicago in the Comfy Car so if anyone wants a ride, let me know.

I'd be interested, tommyrot.

I have a feeling Weremonkeyfest is going to be larger than the F2F.

Sigh.

I have that same feeling, and that same sigh.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I guess it was just time for family committments/jobs/money woes to torpedo a lot of folks' attendance plans. Truth to tell, the last should be knocking me out of the running too if I were being fiscally responsible, but I pimped for New Orleans too hard to back out of going. (Plus, only vacation of any length I have planned for the year, so vitally important to my plans for avoiding a spectacle involving clock towers...)

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

It makes me sad too, but I am looking forward to meeting those who can make it.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

I am totally jealous and utterly hating our fiscal fuckeditude. I can't even begin to say how much I wanted to experience NO with the Buffistas, and it really seems that the group who will be showing up will be small but exceedingly choice.

I can'tb eve3n type how sorry I am not to see you and Hec, JZ. Really, I can't. Squrmy puppy in my lap is making it impossible. I think I'll take him on errands to wear him out.

I'm sad people aren't going to make it, but I'm not blaming anyone or anything. It's just a bit of a bummer. We are totally going to have a blast, though!
