I was afraid of that. Oh well, please let me know when you know what the final shortfall will work out to per person attending.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

What's the current count for people attending?

Hopefully, the NO F2F will beat out Weremonkeyfest.

Speaking of Weremonkeyfest - I will be driving to it from Chicago in the Comfy Car so if anyone wants a ride, let me know.

Might just take you up on that, Tom.

I updated the page with the cocktail and hors d'oeuvres options per Kristin's info!

Hate to say it, but I think I'm going to have to back out of Commander's on Friday and join the cheaper crowd.

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

As you look at the food/drink options, don't worry about the money issues. I'll figure that out. For now, just post 1-2 things you'd love to have and note if there's anything you absolutely won't eat.

Thanks!

Also, thank you for posting that, Laura.

On the food front, I'd probably choose mini quiches and kebobs if forced to pick two, but everything looks yummy and I'll be happy to go along with whatever. My only food concern would be if the crab claws are served still in the shell - that could be a bit difficult if we're talking cocktail party-style gathering rather than a sit-down dinner with tables.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Crab claws are usually served with the pincher part on, with the part just above that unshelled. They are soooooo yummy.
