Ditto. I suspect the way they'll play it is JJ wanting to become a full-time mom-- they've certainly hinted at how conflicted she feels, ("Amplification" comes to mind) and then they might move Emily into JJ's capacity, which kind of gives them a natural out, since she can stay behind more easily that way. Which SUCKS because she is so tough in the field.
