Well, a gathering is brie, mellow song stylings; shindig, dip, less mellow song stylings, perhaps a large amount of malt beverage, and hootenanny, well, it's chock full of hoot, just a little bit of nanny.

Heroes casting news from the HRG Files:

There are two standout crossword performers on our show. Can you guess who they are? They are Cris Rose and Ashley Crow (Stanford and Auburn, respectively). Both are really strong. Honorable mention goes to Zeljko Ivanek, a very solid and seasoned crossword player. It seems a bit unfair that he should be so good at it, though, when his very name has been so obviously designed by puzzle makers. Zeljko has come aboard for an extended arc as a guy you wouldn't want on your trail. He's a great actor, recently winning an Emmy Award for Damages. Imdb him and be prepared for some lengthy reading. He's in everything. And he's a great addition to our story. Whereas there have been cases of adding characters that only serve to crowd the landscape, Zeljko's character does the opposite. He provides an antagonist that allows our characters to rally together. You'll see.

(If only I could spell.)

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Who casting speculation

edit, so if it's 5:30 in the UK does that mean it's already happened? If so, you Brits better spill!

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

I have to say, since the Doctor Who casting news was front page news on most of the UK papers (I mean, not main headline, but front page) AND it was revealed to the British public not simply on TV on the Doctor Who Confidential episode, but was considered important enough that BBC1 simulcast the show live on their outdoor screens around the country in city centre locations including Hull, Liverpool, Rotherham, Swindon, Swansea, Norwich and Walthamstow...well, trying to treat it as a spoiler, light or otherwise, seems rather like tilting at windmills. imho. ymmv.
