There is a headline over at Zap2it that says " Haysbert gets another term on 24" -- I didn't read the article so I don't know how spoilery it is for events on the show.

Well, it's more that given the lack of familiar faces so far this season, I think seeing anyone from a past season is big news, and especially if it's Haysbert.
