It's the place to place your kittens on the award winners, gossip about upcoming fims and discuss DVD releases and extras. Spoiler policy: White font all plot-related discussion until a movie's been in wide release two weeks, and keep the major HSQ in white font until two weeks after the video/DVD release.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Please tell me it's not interspecies sex...

No, I don't think I will - me, quoting Captain Steve Rogers, to all of 2020

The Medieval Times Battle Scene was funny. But, to me, the rest of the movie was so atrociously horrible that even the Star Trek Fight Song could not save it.

And I'm a sucker for Star Trek jokes.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I don't think I've ever sat through the whole thing, so that may have helped.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Does this count as Furriism?

(Maybe somewhat not work-safe, but it is from Amazon.)

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I'm not sure I've ever laughed harder at anything than the battle scene at Medieval Times.

The outtakes from this were even better. It's just Jim Carrey jumping around screaming "Smite him! Smite him in the head!"

tommyrot -- did you ever hear the TAL where Ira takes a medieval lit professor from the UoC to Medieval Times?

Oooh, that sounds good. I gotta hear that. (Is it available online?)

I can't even.

Please tell me it's not interspecies sex...

Dude, it is totally [anthropomorphic] interspecies sex. Sorry.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Websense won't let me check -- what's the diff between a plushie and a furry?

Do they both yiff?

I am sad that Nightcrawler wasn't furry in X2. I may have tendencies. It seemed so harmless and farfetched, but the Internets are nothing if not a good indicator that any idea you can have? Someone's acting it out, and liking it.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

It's definitely available online. I made a copy for the FAQ girl. Lemme search for it...

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Here we go: This American Life: Simulated Worlds.

Dude, it is totally [anthropomorphic] interspecies sex.

I meant real live sex. I assume by your use of "anthropomorphic" that it's not that.
