Sigh. An LJ acquaintance went to Sky Captain and she's calling it the second-worst movie she saw all year, the first being Riddick.
I heard very early bad buzz last winter. But I have heard other reviews. However, I have no interest in it at all.

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies
