Wow, you've really mastered the power of positive giving-up.

Buffista Movies 3: Panned and Scanned

A place to talk about movies--Old and new, good and bad, high art and high cheese. It's the place to place your kittens on the award winners, gossip about upcoming fims and discuss DVD releases and extras. Spoiler policy: White font all plot-related discussion until a movie's been in wide release two weeks, and keep the major HSQ in white font until two weeks after the video/DVD release.

aka "The artist formerly known as Corwood Industries."

I have the VHS tapes, too. The only re-release I saw was the first one, and the scene with Jabba (which completely changed the context of Han Solo's character and flight from Tatooine (sp?)) was enough to convince me to avoid the rest.

"You see? THAT's what they want. Love, and a bit with a dog."

I miss the Jub-Jub song.

I'm wagering that if he never got anything right, we wouldn't be having this discussion, since we'd never have seen or liked SW the first time round.
