Isn't AD approximately the same age as Bale? 30 somethingish?
Bale is 30, but looks closer to 25. Denisof is 38, and looks it, not that that's a bad thing. Hulme is in his early 30s (33, I think), and looks late 20s/early 30s. He also looks more like the Joker, to my eyes.
Whoops, sorry about that. I got busy.
Thanks for taking care of it, Jon.
I did not know about this. Clowes and Zwigoff are teaming up again. Yay!
Darn the luck!
According to Movietickets.com Garden State will not be playing in my town.
I should doublecheck elsewhere.
Will he have hair, then?
Despite the fact that he bears virtually no resemblance to boxing legend Joe Louis, Vin Diesel may be Spike Lee's top contender to play Louis in his forthcoming feature film about him. The New York Daily News's "Rush & Molloy" column reported today (Thursday) that Lee and Diesel met for two hours last week to discuss the role. Ninety-year-old writer Budd Schulberg (What Makes Sammy Run, On the Waterfront), who attended the meeting (as Lee's co-writer) told the newspaper, "I came away impressed with [Diesel's] knowledge of Joe Louis. He's got the intellect, and he's done some boxing."
"I came away impressed with [Diesel's] knowledge of Joe Louis. He's got the intellect, and he's done some boxing."
He's got the intellect of someone who has been hit in the head thousands of times?
Actually, maybe this means I can play Hemmingway. 'Cause, you know, I've got the beard, and I've done some writing.
Huh:
Australian actor Eric Bana has been approached to play James Bond but has yet to decide on whether to accept the coveted role, according to reports. The Hulk star recently slammed speculation he was poised to replace Pierce Brosnan in the legendary franchise, insisting he had never been approached by producer Barbara Broccoli. But an insider tells London's Evening Standard newspaper that Bana is trying to decide whether starring as the world's favorite super-spy will damage his burgeoning film career, or enhance it. A source says, "Eric has been offered the part of James Bond but is currently deciding whether it's something he really wants to sign up to." According to the Bond insider, both British star Clive Owen and Australia's Hugh Jackman are in line for the role should Bana turn it down.
And more huh.
Oh, and I just read a rumour that Bullseye will be appearing in Elektra.
I just think every Bond rumor originates from that star's publicist, with the exception of Owen & Jackman. I mean, they're second and third in line? Bull-shit.
