"You see? THAT's what they want. Love, and a bit with a dog."

Posted far too late:

Kat- They had a TEA! I so would have been there. (That would have meant I could have worn a tiara, doesn't it? Damn.)

So, saw Princess Diaries 2. Not as good as the first one, but still good. Am now very peeved I am not a royal.

Know you not of the Scully box? It's not just for chicks.

I know not of!

But it makes sense.

In his commentary for "Can't Hardly Wait" (which is worth owning just for his commentary)

I can just imagine!

Regardless of having a warm like for the movie in general, I bought The Italian Job specifically because Seth's improvised impression of Handsome Rob in the parking garage makes me chortle every. single. time. I see it. (to date? viewings number around 23, what with the rewinding and all.)

etwish Seth could have saved Knockaround Guys. But alas. Which is why I'm Idle Hands-averse.

I'm considering Party Monster. What was the hivemind on that one?

They certainly do. I'm afraid to go because I'll be the only 32 year old without child there. I should rent a kid for the day.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

The best part about Seth's commentary on Can't Hardly Wait is the fact that he speaks in a British accent for the first twenty minutes for no reason in particular. As good as his commentary is, I love his scenes in the movie too, particularly all the bathroom scenes, both solo and with 6FU girl.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Can't Hardly Wait is one of my favourite commentaries. I fairly enjoyed the movie (thanks to Seth, mostly), but the commentary really made me long for the movie the writer and director wanted it to be. And disposed me kindly to seeing future work.

Plus, Seth, hilarious.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

I love his scenes in the movie too, particularly all the bathroom scenes,

Oh. My. Dog. Where he's practicing? So funny.

Thrive to spite them

I've only seen parts of Can't Hardly Wait, I think I may have to rent it.

I know I've told this before but ....

Seth was on Letterman promoting The Italian Job and they showed the clip where Seth rides up on his motorcycle and then falls trying to get off of it. He was talking about how difficult it was for him to control the bike and that he really did fall in that scene so they included it.

Lettermen asks him if he thought of training wheels, kind of joking. Seth says rather enthusastically that the director thought about it, but he was having so much trouble controlling the bike that training wheels would have made it worse.

And the other night FX showed Enemy of the State, which I'd never seen before but there was Seth! I watched it off and on and it seemed pretty good.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Seth's appearance (with Jack Black!) in Enemy of the State was uncredited, too. I looked, his name isn't in the cast list. JB's is.

I'm big with the teen-comedy love...10 Things I Hate About You, Empire Records are personal faves, but I have to say Can't Hardly Wait is not one I would be naturally drawn to.

However, because I have mountains of Buffista-respect, it has now been N'flixed. Maybe I'll just go straight for the commentary.

I love me some Seth.
