Always Anti-fascist!

Hecubus, would it be better if he had been a giant snake? And, yes, Hec, SF got my little lefty heart racing and stuff...lame acceptance or no. I like a social statement, sometimes.(And this is probably "Well, duh, I never noticed, Leftist McLiberal. Thanks for sharing...along with your crip oppression and partially indigenous background...and blah blah blah.")

Caught the briefest of glances at a tv tonight with Seth Green and his "up the creek" cohorts on what looked like an award show. I'm going to guess it had the word 'choice' in the title.

I was thunderstruck by what a wee tot of a fellow he is. I could swear he's my hieght...5footnuthin' but imdb claims he's 5'4".

Reminds me of a former paramour who was a good half inch shorter but insisted he was 5'3". Okay, honey...

I recall a recent actor hieght discussion here that disabused me of the notion that most movie stars are Alan Ladd's. But still...there are some tiny guys. Makes me wonder if they all do the Casablanca trick and dig trenches for the tall girls to stand in for the face-to-face shots.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

In his commentary for "Can't Hardly Wait" (which is worth owning just for his commentary), during the scene in which he and his friends pull up to the party in a big ol' SUV, Seth admits that the crew had to sit him on a stack of phone books to make sure he was actually visible from outside the car.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Know you not of the Scully box? It's not just for chicks.

You want Bijou Phillips obsessed with gang culture (with a side-o-Robert Downey Jr. and nudity?) rent Black & White, James Toback's improvised whatevah. (I always want to type Vic Taback there. Huh.)

I guess she loves gang movies.

"You see? THAT's what they want. Love, and a bit with a dog."

Posted far too late:

Kat- They had a TEA! I so would have been there. (That would have meant I could have worn a tiara, doesn't it? Damn.)

So, saw Princess Diaries 2. Not as good as the first one, but still good. Am now very peeved I am not a royal.

I know not of!

But it makes sense.

In his commentary for "Can't Hardly Wait" (which is worth owning just for his commentary)

I can just imagine!

Regardless of having a warm like for the movie in general, I bought The Italian Job specifically because Seth's improvised impression of Handsome Rob in the parking garage makes me chortle every. single. time. I see it. (to date? viewings number around 23, what with the rewinding and all.)

etwish Seth could have saved Knockaround Guys. But alas. Which is why I'm Idle Hands-averse.

I'm considering Party Monster. What was the hivemind on that one?

They certainly do. I'm afraid to go because I'll be the only 32 year old without child there. I should rent a kid for the day.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

The best part about Seth's commentary on Can't Hardly Wait is the fact that he speaks in a British accent for the first twenty minutes for no reason in particular. As good as his commentary is, I love his scenes in the movie too, particularly all the bathroom scenes, both solo and with 6FU girl.
