Now hold on, I'm gonna press the right pedal harder. I expect us to accelerate.

Art Crawl!!!

So, where do you go to drink that you find JRM there?

The generation that could change the world is still looking for its car keys.

Well, OK, we didn't so much FIND him there, as we were discussing the Bond dilemma, and after the fifth pint, it was just obvious.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I didn't think there'd be any suggestions more fey than Orlando, but that just goes to show me.

Imagine JRM holding a gun, if you will, or ordering a drink that's not pink.

Though if Bond turned his sluttishness in a bi direction, he's precisely the person I'd pick.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Imagine JRM holding a gun, if you will, or ordering a drink that's not pink.

Or running?

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Watching The Saint on BBC America (as we do in this department when Oprah's a repeat), it occurs to me that both Roger Moore and Pierce Brosnan came to be Bond after essentially playing him on TV. Is anyone on MI-5 suave and 30-ish? Are there any other British spy shows out there right now?

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Am I the only one who thinks that Alexis Denisof would make a great Bond? Granted, he's not as well-known as the other people being considered, but still. He could do 007, no problem.
