I'm pretty sure he was fully clothed for both of those.
That was the sadistic part. Made up for it with The Sweeps Towel.
'Heart Of Gold'
[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls and The Inside), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.
I'm pretty sure he was fully clothed for both of those.

Hmm, you might qualify for late night Cinemax.
Hmm, you might qualify for late night Cinemax.
Only with a different musical score.
The Sweeps Towel was the best thing evah.
Can you start with the part where he says I'm a good writer?
Should I just start a special Allyson section of the site? 'Cause you keep making these requests...
a special Allyson section of the site
Ooh! The Allysonian!
Also, I really wanted him to spank me. I guess.
You're not helping to dispel the TWoP poster's theory, you know.
Granted, I may have enjoyed her nastiest recaps of "Tru Calling" more, 'cause, I mean, darts not aimed at me.
That was Shack, who also recapped Firefly.
Allyson, did the mini Sigmond who says I write about S&M a lot give any other examples?
Well, here's the full analysis:
RE: the S&M vibe. Tim is either into it or really wants to be. In Buffy, Angel and now on The Inside there have been allusions to S&M play, safe words, bondage, and domination. Some of the dialog rang false when the character's were discussing the S&M aspects of the plot. In an age when Dan Savage has a weekly column and the movie The Secretary is gets critical acclaim, I'd think at least one of these characters would have an open mind about alternate forms of pleasure. Really, Coyote's character should've been the one to correct people's terminology and preconcieved notions about what S&M is.
Minear may want to emulate CSI, but leave out the judgement.
I responded with the old "uh, S&M happens, that's why he might write about it" argument (alone with Ye Olde Tim-Never-Worked-on-Buffy), but have received no rebuttal.
All of Tim's Buffy scripts were very SMerriffic.
Tim -- Oh, no, I've always respected how you've dealt with criticism, here & elsewhere. 'Cause I certainly expected you to think I was a complete asshole, and I felt kinda bad about that, so it was nice to find out you didn't. I truly meant just what I said, that I think you may have either read the TWoP boards on particularly bad days, or you may remember negative comments more than positive ones (which, again, I totally get). At least on the Angel boards, I think you're probably held in higher esteem than anyone else, including Joss, and a big part of that is because you'll say things like, "Yeah, sorry about TOGoM." Everything else was very Not About Your Post. I've had sort of a weird week as far as people talking about TWoP, plus being tired, so... yeah. Any venting was aimed at the world, not you in particular.
I, too, am curious about this Tornado Penis thing. Ahem.
And yes, Shack did Tru Calling. Damn him. I'm always getting credited for his jokes. It's like the "That was a great line!" "Er, thanks, but Joss wrote that one..." thing.
Well, I loved Shack's Tru Calling recaps. We actually... well, me, actually printed them out at Wonderfalls and read them out loud. And I'm still sorry about TOGoM.
And as far as that repost... uh, whatever. Never wrote for Buffy, never did S&M on Angel. I mean, I know I didn't anyway, and not sure the show ever did either (the way the poster suggests, with allusions to safe words and blah blah lifestyle blah.) Mark Fish pitched this story, and so far as I know he didn't write for Buffy either. Jesus, they didn't dig the show. Uh, got it. But the dime store psychoanalysis? I mean, jesus, I wrote lots more about blood drinkin', but nobody ever thought maybe "I must really do it or want to."
