Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Don't panic.

In Minearverse? It's the panic thread. We could all DIE at any moment. Or, be canceled.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Allyson has no towel.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Aww, and Allyson always seemed like one of those hoopy chicks who really knew where her towel was.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

standing in the never read the book corner.

When is this mystery new show to air?

More specifically than January? I dunno. So that's either sort of helpful or not at all. (Or potentially just wrong, but then, here at the b.org, how long could it possibly stand uncorrected if so?)

I have a towel. I proved it at the very first Towel Day, but don't see those pictures up anymore, so you'll just have to take my word for it. Or not.

You can see more about Towel Day, and 2004 pictures at [link]

I just feel as though I could talk myself out of the towel-need.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Okay, did any of you see The Incredibles? Because there's totally two Firefly-like moments where characters get sucked into turbines and killed.

Funny but weird to see in an animated movie aimed at kids.

JenP - Nov 06, 2004 4:23:50 pm PST #2831 of 10001

I just got back from it, Kat. I enjoyed the movie, though during some parts, I had an empathy twinge or two for the people who'd brought all the fairly young kids, because, yeah ... death by turbine. And electro-shock torture. I mean, brief, and all, but still. But I didn't have a kid in tow, so I didn't dwell. Fun little movie. The character of E just had me laughing. I am so easily manipulated.

There was a shout out to one of the Star Wars movies, too, which made me laugh out loud. Me and maybe one other person.
