I was fine when existence had no meaning. Meaninglessness in a universe that has no meaning -- that I get. But meaninglessness in a universe with meaning? What does that mean?

She melts the poor lion? No! I could kinda see it coming, though.

I've only read about the Aaron/Mahandra relationship, and I agree there was nothing leading up to it, but I think it's funny. I don't really understand why Eric would remarry Heidi, but I can go with it because he really is a nice guy and I guess he thinks this is the right thing to do.

How's Jewel Staite as Heidi? Is she wonderfully evil?

I so want to see these episodes... but no, maybe I'll just watch Crime Dog through Lovesick Ass when they get here and pretend the show ended after that. ;)

But he isn't that nice of a guy. "I'm over my wife. I'm going to pursue you. When she comes back, I'll be against getting back together again. I'll admit that I love you. But I'm still going to marry her again." That's not the set of actions of a nice guy.

How's Jewel Staite as Heidi? Is she wonderfully evil?

Enh. Too much cognitive dissonance. Her costuming, though, is wonderfully evil. Her shoes alone are like the 2nd circle of hell.

Heidi-Ho!

Still making me laugh.

God. Mahandra makes me laugh and laugh and laugh.

Kristen did you like Native Lawyer Lady more before or after her vision? I'm liking her much better as hard-assed lawyer than feather-encrusted VisionLady.

I think I liked her more before. I mean, I couldn't "like" her because she was being mean to Sharon and Mahandra, though she was funny about it. I definitely thought she was more interesting and fun to watch before.

And she had better hair.

And less of a stereotype. Or not. More like less of the traditional shaman stereotype. She was a flat out bitch but funny.

And she had better hair.

AND KRAV!

Though I do wonder if Mahandra ever got tribal membership.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Even feather-encrusted vision ladies need self defense too.

Heidi-Ho gotta go!

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I wonder how Eric manages to stand up at all, without a backbone. Shouldn't he just sort of reel around like a windsock?
