What are you goofybirds doing awake?
Well, I'm studying. And playing with my musical toys. My Dell digital jukebox, nary a month old, collapsed and died on me earlier this week. While this does not impress me in the slightest, they sent a replacement very promptly (they tried to deliver it the very next day). So I've been slaving away, trying to get my CD collection (I have about 300, which is fairly decent but dwarfed by certain kilt-wearing individuals) loaded onto my computer and ready for download.
So as of today, this has been accomplished. (Almost. I have a few surplus Men At Work tracks and Jeff Wayne's War Of The Worlds still floating about untamed.) Jukebox is loaded up. However, I've been falling behind on my exam review. Thus, here I am, chatting with you instead of hitting the books.
Ok, that's not quite true either. I've just finished the section I was reviewing, so with that, I think my 400-thread count bedsheets are calling me. They say, "What do you care what our count is? You spend the whole night unconscious anyway."
Still haven't seen a cicada. t pouts Seen lots of chipmunks though. Or maybe the same one several times. It lives just under our front steps. Did you know that on Phillip Island (just south-east of Melbourne) some people have penguins living under their steps? Still, chipmunks are pretty cool too.
...Yep. Definitely hit the stream of half-consciousness stage. Night all.
