Hey. Unfortunately, no. I'm out. My major granting organization is coming to hear my kids plink at their pianos that Friday, so I have to schmooze and rehearse and soothe stage fright.
I think reception is the way to go.

Agreed,
Java, I already booked. I didn't even think of Jet Blue.
I'm not sure what a "reception" entails, but the price is right.
Does that include the bartender, or is that just food?
Is there more detailed information about the net access? Because I'll gladly offer up my laptop as a semi-permanent station for email checking, posting, livejournal updating, as I did last year, if I know how to set it up and what cords to bring. My little contribution to the hosp. suite, et al.
And if people have digital cameras, if you bring the cord, you can drop them on my computer and upload them--we can make a yahoo photo thing or something--so that people who can't come can get a bit of the action.
I can probably bring a spare laptop with a a wireless card and as such set up a small wireless node in the hospitality suite.
Also, SA, I'm happy to allow use of my .mac space for photos. Between that and a laptop with iPhoto it's quick and easy to upload photo albums.
Now that I think of it I'll pack my spare iBook and a spindle of blank CD's and folks can easily burn disks with copys of other folks pictures.
I've got iPhoto on my mac laptop; I was only planning on bringing my pc, though, which has a wireless card & I'll be buying a router this month, so. Maybe we could have two stations? It's not like we won't use them.
oops misread something. Never mind.
