'Out Of Gas'
There's a lady plays her fav'rite records/On the jukebox ev'ry day/All day long she plays the same old songs/And she believes the things that they say/She sings along with all the saddest songs/And she believes the stories are real/She lets the music dictate the way that she feels.

I went to the Pixies last week (Thurs. and Fri.) and I go to Sleater-Kinney this week (Wed. and Thurs.). I'm one happy woman. I love the new S-K record. My faves are The Fox, Jumpers, Entertain, shit, I'm feeling all of them.
Rave review of recent Sleater-Kinney concert in SF (which I did not attend, and regret)
I don't get to very many concerts, but S-K (a few years back) was definitely one of the best I've ever seen. They sounded better live -- cleaner, tighter, better rehearsed, than they did on disk.
Plus, you know, chicks making out and stuff.
My question yesterday got so many responses, I have another:
Who's Johnny?
Who is John-ny?
Who's Johnny?
Well, he used to carry his guitar in a gunny sack.
Johnny is an angry Johnny.
Who's Johnny?
An angel.
I hear he B. Goode.
