There's a lady plays her fav'rite records/On the jukebox ev'ry day/All day long she plays the same old songs/And she believes the things that they say/She sings along with all the saddest songs/And she believes the stories are real/She lets the music dictate the way that she feels.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Let me put it this way. I'm pretty sure you would regret it forever. And forever is a long time for a Goth.

I know, I know!

Obviously, I must plot some more.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Now to figure out who would want to take a road trip with me ...

Who wouldn't?!? I mean, that's what you have a minion for, isn't it? Also, I think Sean could be a good buttmonkey Renfield for such an excursion.

Well, I lurve my #1 Minion to bits and bits, but I'm pretty sure we'd kill each other on a long road-trip.

Also, I think Sean could be a goodbuttmonkey Renfield for such an excursion.

Heh. Because of course Seanie would want to drive *up* to Seattle, collect me, and then drive back to LA. Not to mention that while Pete thinks Seanie is nifty and that he should live closer to us, I'm pretty sure Sean does not qualify as reasonable adult supervision for a music-derranged Perkygoth.

I can't even.

I'm pretty sure Sean does not qualify as reasonable adult supervision

Pretty compelling argument right there.

And amusing to boot.

The generation that could change the world is still looking for its car keys.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Haven't they always been here?

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Any ideas for strummy strummy aching love songs? Stuff like you might hear at the end of a tv drama to make you cry?

Art Crawl!!!

I think you need to watch some Buffys, some Joan of Arcadias, possibly some Roswells, some Smallvilles or some of the OC and just make a selection.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Probably true. I just wondered if anyone had maybe done the work for me.
