Xander: Look who's got a bad case of Dark Prince envy. Dracula: Leave us. Xander: No, we're not going to "Leabbb you." And where'd you get that accent, Sesame Street? "One, Two, Three - three victims! Maw ha ha!"

There's a lady plays her fav'rite records/On the jukebox ev'ry day/All day long she plays the same old songs/And she believes the things that they say/She sings along with all the saddest songs/And she believes the stories are real/She lets the music dictate the way that she feels.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Hec, I assume profile address is good? I'll email you tonight or tomorrow.

"When I look at people that I would like to feel have been a mentor or an inspiring kind of archetype of what I'd love to see my career eventually be mentioned as a footnote for in the same paragraph, it would be, like, Bowie." ~Trent Reznor

Tired of "overrated" and "underrated"? So is Chuck Klosterman from SPIN, who gives us his top ten accurately rated artists. Best article you will read today.

No offense meant, but (prior to reading the article) I doubt Chuck's going to speak to me so much, seeing as how he thinks that I'm somehow inauthentic. I'll check back in a few.

Inauthentic? How do you mean?

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Chuck K es no mi amigo.

I just need to share: if you read the above sentence quickly (and you are me), it reads as "Chuck Mangione."

Which is still on-topic for this thread.

Hayden, you inauthentic, ignorant slut. I enjoyed it. The article, I mean, not insulting you. Okay: I enjoyed that part, too. :-) I always enjoy a good Triumph reference, he praises "Godzilla" -- with which I am now earwormed, woohoo!! -- and posits "And the Cradle Will Rock" as the mean on the bell curve of rock songs (not sure I agree but I like the idea.) It was fun. Sorry you didn't like it.

Joe, that cheat sheet may be the single most important web page of all time.
