I haven't had a mix come to me since March. Should I be doing something?
For the next round on my other round robin, we're thinking about organizing a tree & branch situation to cut down on the lag time. Basically, there will be regional rings starting with a branch head person, who will forward to the next branch head when his ring is done. There's a bit more control in this method, I think.

FTR, there are 21 people in this exchange - three people have received 8 CDs so far, one person has only received 1, and two people have only received 2. It seems that people have multiples to send along, so we have the potential to catch up, but only if people are able to pass a CD along within a week of receiving it.
