I'm listening to Jon's show AIFG!! (Though I had to try three streams before I found one that wasn't full.)
Congrats on 20 years Jon!

There's a lady plays her fav'rite records/On the jukebox ev'ry day/All day long she plays the same old songs/And she believes the things that they say/She sings along with all the saddest songs/And she believes the stories are real/She lets the music dictate the way that she feels.

Congrats on 20 years Jon!
Congratulations, Jon! I'm listening, too.
Me three.
yawn. (Indicating my not awakeness, not the level of excitement I have for Jon's show. Which for this early, is pretty high.)
Carp. Both high-bandwidth streams are full, and our firewall is blocking the low-bandwidth ones.
I had this problem before. That's what I get for not living on the east coast, or not getting to work at 7:00.
Not able to listen to Jon's show, but wishing I could. Rock on.
Happy 20 years, Jon! I can't listen today, but I'll make sure to listen next week.
I've been on a CD-buying spree lately. Got Loretta Lynn's Van Lear Rose, which is *gorgeous* and plain-spoken and keeps going through my head; Franz Ferdinand, which is disposable but fun (I love "Michael," which is one of the Gayest Songs Ever); Modest Mouse's Good News For People Who Love Bad News, on which I seem to love half the songs and find the other half really annoying; and the Long Winters one with "Shapes" and "Cinnamon" on it, which is not as good as they were live but is still pretty spiffy.
I did not know that Bob Mould has a blog -- how cool.
I am also not able to listen to Jon's show but whoo hoo !!! anyway.
I love "Michael," which is one of the Gayest Songs Ever
I have 10 Marc Almond albums, half a dozen Pet Shop Boys albums, the complete works of Erasure, Pansy Division and the Boystown Gang who'd like to discuss that with you...

I feel the same way about this album. If you *really* love half, try Lonesome Crowded West which is their best beginning to end album, IMO.
It's not over yet, but - great show Jon! I will be listening next week for sure. (Also the interbunny/iTunes/the whole streaming radio station from across the country thing still amazes me.)
