Everything looks good from here... Yes. Yes, this is a fertile land, and we will thrive. We will rule over all this land, and we will call it... 'This Land.' I think we should call it 'your grave!' Ah, curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal! Ha ha HA! Mine is an evil laugh! Now die! Oh, no, God! Oh, dear God in heaven!

Buffista Music II: Wrath of Chaka Khan

There's a lady plays her fav'rite records/On the jukebox ev'ry day/All day long she plays the same old songs/And she believes the things that they say/She sings along with all the saddest songs/And she believes the stories are real/She lets the music dictate the way that she feels.

I knew that topless lady had something up her sleeve. - John Prine

First one was maybe 20K, second one 90-100K. Not very big. Do you have a work email? It's not very dirty as far as hardcore violent porn goes.:-)

I just got all worried because I thought maybe I sent my copy of hayden's Air We Breathe mix along by mistake. But whew! - it is still here. I love it and would be sad if it was gone.

I am up at 4:40 a.m. and packing/making mixes for a week long trip to Meh-hee-co (Oaxacao). (With my parents, so not as decadent and spring break-y as it sounds but still - vacation!) And wishing more than EVER that I had an iPod. Ah well.

Nick Hornby in today's NYT (reg req) on how you are never too old to love the rock music.

In the article I found my new ickiest band name ever, Throbbing Gristle. Ew.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

meara - I found the liner notes to the mixes I gave you. I will make my comments and mail them on to you.

Did everyone signed up for the mix-a-thon, at least get their mix made and sent off? Has everyone received at least one mix?

Smegma and the Nuns

OK. You win. Way ickier. Still Throbbing Gristle is pretty gross. BTW Jon - I sent you FAQ stuff, finally.

Have a good time (even with your parents), Tina!

Thanks! I'm sure I will. My parents are even kind of fun. And I finally get to try out all my textbook-learned Spanish. Oaxacans, fear my poor memory of how to conjugate!

Yes. and Yes.

Also - I apologize if I started off a day of gross band name listing! It's all Nick Hornby's fault!!
