I keep forgetting to mention this...
Of interest to all West Coast buffistas with a taste for the dark and delectable, ACT has announced Black Rider on their schedule for next year. This is the german expressionst (imagine: silent movie goths) play that was a collaboration between Tom Waits, Wm. Burroughs and Robert Wilson.
I will be buying tickets.

American Conservatory Theater - the big theater in SF. Like Berkeley Rep, except...not in Berkeley.
I sense a road-trip in the VoiceOfReason household's future.

Btw, Jilli, did you ever get you Wicked poster?
No. I managed to get the cast recording, but no poster or coffee mug. I keep blowing my spending money on cds, concert tickets for postponed concerts, and clothes.
Somebody should buy that for you? Don't they know that you want it? I think we can all agree the world is a better place when Jilli's material needs are satisfied in advance.
Of course, if I were insanely wealthy one of the first things I'd do is set you up to run your own real life Goblin Market, so I'm not objective on the matter.
