Someone on LiveJournal is doing summaries of The Sillmarillion. They're irreverent, brief, and, I suppose spoileriffic. But fun.
Last night while I was watching Joan of Arcadia an ad for the theatrical editions of the trilogy. I can't tell you how my heart leaped when the ad came on -- it's just so sad.
(They are advertising the dvds at a new price -- but they didn't mention what that price is.)
