Last night while I was watching Joan of Arcadia an ad for the theatrical editions of the trilogy. I can't tell you how my heart leaped when the ad came on -- it's just so sad.
(They are advertising the dvds at a new price -- but they didn't mention what that price is.)

News at my rehearsal last night: in conjunction with the LoTR exhibit coming to the Museum of Natural Science, we're doing two more concerts of the LoTR Symphony.
Checked in with myself, and I'm still entirely geeked.

Hm. I'll have to seriously consider a road trip. It might be doable.
The exhibit itself is worth the trip, I think.
