I saw a link to preorder from the studio at TORN, but when I looked more carefully, it actually appeared to be an old ad for preordering TTEE. Foiled again! Perhaps the same thing happened to you with Amazon.

Heh. The Bubblegum book's first edition was 4,000. And while we did go to a second edition, I doubt it will be in print 50 years from now.
