Okay, I think I misinterpreted: you get Minas Tirith with the gift set and if you buy the gift set you can buy Minas Morgul too. (Not a gift with purchase.)
TORN also says that you can pre-order now at Amazon and I am not finding that.

Yay! I like those gift set goodies. I wasn't that keen on the Gollum statue that came with TTT. I would have much rather had something Rohirric, like my own personal Eomer or something.

23.04 Creating the LOTR Symphony DVDNew Line Home Entertainment are currently displaying the new Return of the King: Collector's Set at this years ComicCon event. The set will include the four-disc extended edition of the film, along with a Sideshow/Weta statue of Minas Tirith and a Howard Shore Creating the Lord of the Rings Symphony DVD. The set is expeceted to go on sale in December. p.s. Apparently, I am too excited to make a correct link.

I saw a link to preorder from the studio at TORN, but when I looked more carefully, it actually appeared to be an old ad for preordering TTEE. Foiled again! Perhaps the same thing happened to you with Amazon.
