I think Firefly fans are taking time to adjust to the fact that the next part isn't another TV episode but a movie. The spoiler policy on Firefly is going to differ to other movies accordingly, or at least I suspect it will.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I think I'm gonna bring that up inthread.

It does seem like we ought to discuss it and see what people want the spoiler policy to actually be.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

I read through that interview. It doesn't even mention Serenity that I could see.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I read the interview - it doesn't mention Serenity at all. The only possible spoiler is the fact that this man is in the movie.

You know, we could experiment and cancel football.

This is the issue. Is the fact that he is cast a spoiler? It is being discussed in the other thread. I am just trying to not get anyone ticked off.

I don't want to tick anyone off either. Lots of people are more spoiler-sensitive than I am. Me, I never considered casting spoilery, unless knowing it somehow gave away the plot. What I know about the plot of Serenity now is enough. I guess I'll just use white-font a lot in the other thread!

In a few months, I'll have to stop visiting this thread, just to be safe!

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I'm shocked and amazed that the script isn't floating around the 'net. Maybe it is, just not where I travel.

hip deep in pie

I'm surprised too, Allyson. I've seen nary a spoiler. Of course I haven't looked either.

There is a long time to go and lots more opportunities for it to get out. I hope Joss wrote the master version in invisible ink or some high tech alternative.
