Damn, I hate COMMing whitefonted. I'll have to let that one slide.
Nutty killed a cheetah on a squash court?
A Cheeto I can understand. So long as it doesn't get you first.
I'd like to chime in and say I've been curious about Allyson's opinion since her @@4EVAH comment a few days ago.

I'll admit, I was kind of hoping this was just about Krumholtz and his fembot.
Rob Zombie and a bunch of his friends, dancing to thrash music.
Okay, this made me laugh. A lot. Especially because, for the past few days, I've been thinking of the Reavers as Rob Zombie.
Sorry to be clueless but what does @@ mean in this context? Or a long string of @'s for that matter?
Also, Allyson didn't like it? I'm shocked, shocked.

A whole bunch of eye-rolling.
I'd be interested to see if non-fans fall for Wash -- I think he was played pretty well in the movie.
At the screening I saw on Monday, the crowd definitely fell for Wash. I was worried that people weren't getting into it emotionally until that point. When Wash started to repeat "I am a leaf on the wind..." everyone began laughing and that made the death more dramatic because those laughs abruptly stopped and turned into gasps. Further confirmation that the audience was invested in everyone's fate came when Simon was shot and there were more audible reactions. At that point, I knew the audience was really living with these characters.
Or possibly expressing a sentiment of "Not the face!" in the latter instance...
