I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

Where have I seen that blonde scientist before? she's exceedingly familiar.

She was the blonde archeologist in S6's "Cure," which featured a plot in which infant goa'uld were ground up to make tretonin. (No, really, she was. She's gonna make a career out of this role.)

I think she was also on a soap a dacade or so ago ... Another World, maybe? She was pretty young, maybe 17. I think so, anyway.

A little parody bit on "Affinity" I stumbled across.

Now see, if this would have been the actual episode, I would have enjoyed it a lot more than I did.
