A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much anything else that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

More from Mia's link, just 'cause:

Teal'c: I am here for what I believe you Earth humans refer to as a "booty call."
WRI: No can do.
Teal'c: But we had our training montage.
WRI: I know, but ...
Teal'c: This is the natural progression of our relationship, I am certain.
WRI: Listen -
Teal'c: Would it help if I flexed my enourmous biceps?
WRI: Yes ... wait, no!

All is well that ends in pizza.

The Sg-1 episode Divide And Conquer was just on.

Fitting for the Buffista Days of Schmoop.

O'Neill: I didn't leave... because I'd have rather died myself than lose Carter.
Freya: Why?
O'Neill (quietly): Because I care about her... ...a lot more than I'm supposed to.

And now she's going to marry the other guy? Argh.

Oh! And now Window of Opportunity.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Daniel, you're assuming that the other guy is going to survive the season.

Window of Opportunity is one of my favorite SG eps ever. Good Jack humor and Jack angst all in one hour.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

God yes. Even without considering Sam's mortality rate -- the most surprising thing the show could do with this relationship is let them actually tie the knot, and him not die within one episode of it happening.

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

If it doesn't work out--and I'd be wildly surprised if they actually get married, though I suppose it's possible--I'm kind of rooting for him to leave her. I mean, poor Sam, yeah, but it'd be a refreshing change.

All is well that ends in pizza.

I'm betting on him getting posessed by a Goa'uld and Sam having to kill him....at the altar.

If he gets taken by a goa'uld, does that mean he's been having a thing with Daniel on the side?

Yeah, as soon as she said, "Yes," I started wondering how they'd make it not happen. I will be so surprised if it does.

and Sam having to kill him....at the altar

snerk

Window of Opportunity is one of my favorite SG eps ever.

I'm watching it right now, AIFG.
