Oh, at first it was confusing. Just the idea of computers was like — whoa! I'm eleven hundred years old! I had trouble adjusting to the idea of Lutherans.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

And I do like the spin of the last line. I had been wondering how they'd take Lex evil. Making him Clark's putative enemy first is more interesting.

Oh yeah. That was great. And, well, you could tell from the way he hounded Clark about his "term paper" that he's finally realized his best friend is a lying son-of-a-bitch, so I don't think we're too far off from the Rift.

Art Crawl!!!

I loved the last sentence. . . you know they've had two good episodes in a row and they've given us the hope that Lana is leaving town. Is the world ending?

All is well that ends in pizza.

Dunno if it's the proper spelling, but the captioning spelled the name "Ziget."

This heart ain't gonna cut itself out

Great ending that leads into a wonderful idea. Lex as the bad guy who believes he is the protagonist of the story is where I was hoping that they'd go with Lex. It's still all about the execution, though.

Can Lana be the girl who goes to Paris...and stays there?

I liked the last thing with Lex seeing Ziget as the hero. It makes sense for Lex Luthor to see himself as not being evil. Certainly makes a lot more sense than a one-note bad guy.

In related news, that's also what I like about Jack on Tru Calling.

Also? John Glover is hot for an old guy.

See, I dig Lionel, but I need him to wash his hair. It's looking mangy.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

that's also what I like about Jack on Tru Calling.

And thus you see my worries about execution ...

Art Crawl!!!

Exactly -- I know that MR can do it, but can Smallville? I don't know -- unless they keep to the level they've been at for the last two episodes.

I also want to see that prophecy from season 1 again: Pres. Lex and the flowers and the blood.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I'm skimming the list of planets that have been visited on Stargate, and the statement that none of them have changed since the humans were taken from Earth is way too broad. Hanka (Cassie's planet), Kelowna (Jonas's planet), Cartoga (Cor-Ai), Nasya (Line Of Duty), the one with Carter's ex Jonas, the one where the NID stole the guardian thingie, right off the top of my head are just random civilisations.

I've been watching too much DS9. The symbiotes are confusing the hell out of me. Trills have a blended personality.
