Anyone remember in what due South episode Dead Bob makes reference to a Snuffy somebody?

I'm loving these Woad dvds. May have to watch everything a few times before giving them back.

Or possibly buy my own. If only they played in my dvd player! ::sob::

Okay, off home soon where I will fall onto the couch and watch the SG pilot. And drink wine.

God, my life is so exciting.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Julie Fortune has a Sam/Daniel story too. A dirty one.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

What is with you people?

How long between zat blasts can you go so you don't kill with two? Wonder how many people they lost with miscounts.

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

Really? I never noticed. If only he wore something that brought out the color...

It cracks me up that in Fallen, Daniel got kicked out amnesiac to the Planet Of People Who Wear Robes That Will Bring Out His Eyes.

They never say. Maybe they don't know; I mean, how do you test it?

Oh, and hey, Dana, if you want me to run a copy of Abyss for you when it comes around again on syndication I'd be happy to. Assuming they're going in order, it should be two or three weeks.

Dude, I loved those people! "Why, we have a dizzying array of colors! There's dark blue, and powder blue, and I myself favor indigo but wouldn't be caught dead in the medium-light blue Atta favors..." I wanted their clothes!

Hey, I wasn't mocking the clothes. They looked good, even without grading on the They're A Stargate Alien Race curve. It's just so entertainingly calculated.

I am so naive. I never notice these things.

Mostly I'm "WOW. They look hot in black." Which is why Upgrades is one of my favourites.

Maybe it was in Shanks's new contract, to make up for the Royal Shoulderpads in Need.

Mostly I'm "WOW. They look hot in black."

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Probably best that way. Especially since the biggest Bruins fan round these parts actually lives in Arkansas.

I was resigned to the loss when I saw them start backpedalling from a 3-1 lead in the series. At least their hapless playoff misfortune is no longer depriving Ray Bourque of a richly deserved Stanley Cup each year. His proxy win for Boston in 2001 should insulate me from bitterness for at least a couple more years. I'm just glad they coincidentally tend to trade for cheap but determined players that I like more often than not... Jiri Slegr, Martin LaPointe, Felix (the Cat) Potvin, Steve Shields (who's now languishing somewhere in their farm system), etc.
