They did kiss in Window of Opportunity, but then they looped back around so it didn't count. Presumably if Jack hadn't waited until the end of the loop, the Stargate would've fallen on him or something.

True dat. Hmm. Come to think of it, Jack's probably the only one on the team who didn't get a chance to turn Eeevil (unless you count "Shades of Gray".) Sam had "Entity", Daniel had "Need" and "Absolute Power" and Teal'c had...err, the one where he was brainwashed by Apophis.
