Early: So is it still her room when it's empty? Does the room, the thing, have purpose? Or do we -- what's the word? Simon: I really can't help you. Early: The plan is to take your sister. Get the reward, which is substantial. 'Imbue.' That's the word.

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much anything else that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

Divide and Conquer. Also known as The One Where Jack And Sam Admit They Like Each Other That Way.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

The fastest way to meet the Grim Reaper on the show: get a crush on Sam Carter. She wasn't exaggerating when she told Pete in "Chimera" that her relationships tended to end with her guys dying. Come to think of it, Pete was the first one that survived, right? (And if I wanted to be eeevil, I'd cackle and say, "not for long!".)

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Now I have this strange image of Final Destination: For The Love Of Sam.

I mean, it's nice that she has a sense of humor about it.

I'd like to note that every time she gets it on with Jack O'Neill, not only does he die, but the Earth gets conquered by the goa'uld. So there's that.

Didn't they get it on the subtext of that prison camp one?

(not that that's not a hysterical responsibility to bear)

BWHA! So true. I'm surprised she isn't more bitter.

It would be fun if Pete, for a change, becomes evil like Daniel's girlfriends do, instead of just die. OK, that's kind of mean, but I'm not feeling very charitable toward Pete, since he was such an ass and all.
