Y'all have the wrong futons, I swear.

This amuses the heck out of me. I'm now all askeerd of the wrong futons. (and this also sort of recalls Wallace and Grommet's the Wrong Trousers)

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I'd keep an eye on yours, Sean. You may have made nice with it, but it is probably still harbouring resentment.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I am, as it happens, dubbing A Grand Day Out right now. Everything Wallace says now looks like he's saying "It's the wrong futon, Gromit!"

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Everyone knows that Nick Park's next full length movie will be a Wallace and Grommet, right? No other details (I'm not sure I've even read a title).

Hmm, to the imdb-mobile, away!

eta it's The Wallace and Grommet Movie.

And NO FAIR - there's a Creature Comforts TV series... in the UK! 13 episodes! That better make it over here. Grrrrrr.

Gromit. t /pedantic

(And it's not really a TV series, Ken -- they're 13 10-minute shorts.)

But still. WANT! I wonder if they'll get released as a single feature like the Aardman (Aardmen?) festival a few years back? Although 130 minutes would be a tad long for an animation fesitval.

Aw, crap. Just what I need. I'll fall asleep on the futon one night, and the next thing I know, it'll fold in half and smother me.

Now I'm gonna be all paranoid watching TV. Thanks, ita.

It's a remora, dimwit.

You'll have just invented futon snuff porn. There's an accomplishment.

Dude, with Wallace & Gromit you budget yourself, savoring each one and waiting a while to enjoy the next.

Thrive to spite them

I watched the Stargate episode 2010 and I noticed that the gray monotones again seem to be the choice for the fashionable Future!Earth.

Along with vaccinating against aging and cancer they seemed to have vaccinated against color and fashion.
