I couldn't quite manage to like it. Though I enjoyed Xander in the episode (and did notice his odd reaction - later explained to be the telepathy startling him - during the dining room scene and wondered about it).

Yeah, that was just confusing. (edit, the flashback to the telepathy) And, really, it's a construction site!!! Why not use power tools to decapitate? Sheesh.
