Sue, what's the snow situation on the island? It's fairly grim here, though the plows are out now. Three or four people called in snowbound, so the poor girls who worked this evening now have to work through the night until the tasks are done.
I sure do hope that things are navigable in the morning, or I'll be bunking with Ouise.

It was nice. We didn't open gifts until 4:30 when my nephew arrived so there was a lot of waiting during the day. (And peeling potatoes.) I got some clothes, a disc man, and a very fugly cat clock. Then we ate, and watched my nephew play with his Harry Potter game, then watched my nephew play with my kitten.
Yes, the whole holiday revolves around my nephew. Thank god he's cute and sweet. He bought presents for my cats with his own money. How adorable is that?
I'm looking forward to getting back home though. (But not to work.)

I'll probably be back Saturday. I have to work on Monday, sadly. Though Monday and Tuesday will be very, very quiet, I bet.
All my siblings grate on me in one way or another. Though, where there are four of us, the grating is diffused. Maybe that's why we focus on the nephew so much.

I think that my sister goes out of her way to grate on me. And then when I choke back the anger and refuse to respond in kind she'll comment on how much better we get along since I've learned how to behave... .. t deep breath Okay, I will not let this bother me.
