Let me guess. We're in a hurry.

Atlantic Canadian Monday Madness

[NAFDA] We used to get Buffy the day before everyone else, now we get Angel a week after everyone else. And Firefly every Monday!

I believe vampires are the world's greatest golfers

Thanks for the Buffista Coles Notes, Frankenbuddha!

some thought it the funniest thing since Smile Time

t boggle Smile Time was HI-larious. Last night was just eh.

I don't even go into the Angel thread anymore; catching up on a week of posts is too hard, and by the time I get to the end everything I want to say has been said (better) already. I suppose I'll threadsuck & save it to read after the finale.

ETA: Dan was out on Monday night, Sue & so I taped it to watch with him on Tuesday night. [I never did get my toaster for converting him, a Buffy-hater, to Angel.] We watched it right away (even before the illicit Sopranos tape we got from friends) but I certainly didn't feel inspired to post about it.

Dani, I thought it was pretty piss poor for the third last episode of the series. I could see that they were trying to be funny, but it just didn't quite make it there for me.

Have you got the WF tape yet? It should be there tomorrow *fingers crossed*

SUe, how are you feeling?

T. and I just went to the gym (me for the first time since October) to get in shape for the dragon boat race. I think I'm gonna die.

You'll be fine.

I'm okay. I woke up with a headache and feeling cranky so I opted out of work. I took my last Tylenol this morning, so I have to make myself go to the drugstore soemtime soon.

it's a nice day to opt out!

My thoughts exactly - I wouldn't have minded it earlier in the season, but not as the antepenultimate (one of my favourite five-cent words!) episode.

Have you got the WF tape yet?

Not yet, but today's mail hasn't arrived... I'll keep my fingers crossed too.

Hope you feel better soon, Sue.

I'm dying to get out of the house today but the snow hasn't melted yet. Blargh.

I just checked the Environment Canada web site (my second favourite page) and it looks like you're going to have a nice weekend Dani. Sunny and low teens!

Socks are a running theme throughout the series. They are used as symbols of freedom, redemption and love.

Thanks for the good wishes! I'm borrowing a computer to research other computers, because apparently my motherboard is kicking the bucket. It was a second-hand computer when I got it (4.5 years ago), so it's had a good long haul. I think I'll be getting a new one this time. I'm just deciding which one.

I enjoyed the episode, but I didn't realize it was the third last one. It was very fluffy, and the disconnect between the A and B plots was disorienting.

Sue, I hope your headache is gone! Maybe next time I post I'll have a computer again!
