It's my estimation that... every man ever got a statue made of him, was one kind of sumbitch or another.

You'll be fine.

I'm okay. I woke up with a headache and feeling cranky so I opted out of work. I took my last Tylenol this morning, so I have to make myself go to the drugstore soemtime soon.

it's a nice day to opt out!

I believe vampires are the world's greatest golfers

I thought it was pretty piss poor for the third last episode of the series

My thoughts exactly - I wouldn't have minded it earlier in the season, but not as the antepenultimate (one of my favourite five-cent words!) episode.

Have you got the WF tape yet?

Not yet, but today's mail hasn't arrived... I'll keep my fingers crossed too.

Hope you feel better soon, Sue.

I'm dying to get out of the house today but the snow hasn't melted yet. Blargh.

Weeps for Dani.

I just checked the Environment Canada web site (my second favourite page) and it looks like you're going to have a nice weekend Dani. Sunny and low teens!

Socks are a running theme throughout the series. They are used as symbols of freedom, redemption and love.

Thanks for the good wishes! I'm borrowing a computer to research other computers, because apparently my motherboard is kicking the bucket. It was a second-hand computer when I got it (4.5 years ago), so it's had a good long haul. I think I'll be getting a new one this time. I'm just deciding which one.

I enjoyed the episode, but I didn't realize it was the third last one. It was very fluffy, and the disconnect between the A and B plots was disorienting.

Sue, I hope your headache is gone! Maybe next time I post I'll have a computer again!

... and that's a Pantera's box you don't want to open. - Mister Furious

I was pretty disappointed in the episode too. A couple of people said funnier than Smile Time, which was very odd indeed.

Wonderfalls arrived this afternoon!

The sound was a little iffy, Megan, but it was much better than not seeing the episode at all. Which is where I'd have been without it. Thanks!

p.s. Do you want the tape back?

Swouncing

Jumping in a thread I don't post in, to send early wishes to Megan, whose birthday, according to the Buffista Calendar, is tomorrow. Have a great day and a fabulous year!
