Hey, evil dead, you're in my seat.

Atlantic Canadian Monday Madness

[NAFDA] We used to get Buffy the day before everyone else, now we get Angel a week after everyone else. And Firefly every Monday!

The chair has all the wrong holes and the sofa has just one leg where the screws don't go in correctly. Plus the "chrome" legs are all scratched and banged up. The sales dude is going to get new stuff in, have it shipped to the store first so he can inspect it, and then have it shipped over. In the meantime, we've got the wrong stuff in the living room which helps us to at least make a floor plan.

I met my next door neighbour today on the bus. She seems nice and quiet!

Thanks for all the fish.

Morning bus rides are not indicative of general personality. Unless everyone I ride with really is a zombie.

I tells ya, though, if you get bum merchandise again you should complain about salesdude.

Salesdude is going to call us back to give us a new delivery date. If it comes wrong again, I'll definitely be calling the supervisor.

You were up early... are you working days?

Trudy Booth - Mar 18, 2004 7:54:08 am PST #5810 of 6793
Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Larb is something you made up, right?

Megan E. - Mar 18, 2004 7:55:40 am PST #5811 of 6793

Nope! Larb is real.

Socks are a running theme throughout the series. They are used as symbols of freedom, redemption and love.

Me! Me me me!

I really haven't been around much lately. Somehow it seems harder to detach my sister from the home computer than it was to convince myself that work could wait a little longer. Darn unemployment, interfering with my online life!

I almost missed the deadline to register for the spring actuary exam - the application has to be in by Apr 1st, and it has to be mailed there. No online applications unless they already have your signature on file. Who do they think they are? Huh?

Got to go -- when's good for dinner? I'm busy this weekend (Fri-Sun) but pretty free after that.

Megan E. - Mar 18, 2004 7:58:59 am PST #5813 of 6793

This weekend is out for me too since we'll be cleaning the apartment but I'm free after that too.
