Atlantic Canadian Monday Madness

[NAFDA] We used to get Buffy the day before everyone else, now we get Angel a week after everyone else. And Firefly every Monday!

I also have a sewing machine that you are free to borrow, Megan.

Thanks guys. I'll keep that in mind in case I have to return to plan A!

Socks are a running theme throughout the series. They are used as symbols of freedom, redemption and love.

I also have a sewing machine, but Nora isn't done with it yet.

I'm fine with the suggested change to the thread description.

should I make the request in Bureaucracy to change it?

I don't know -- should we wait until a decision is made about moving the board?

I don't know. I think it would only take a few seconds to change the description and shouldn't put too much stress on the board. I may be way behind but I think they are talking about changing the provider, not abandoning this structure completely.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Do you have a slug as well as a description? I can change it in seconds.

Megan E. - Oct 30, 2003 8:57:57 am PST #4112 of 6793

Not sure what do say in the slug. In keeping with the title, how about "If you get Firefly and Angel on Monday, or live in Atlantic Canada, come here and discuss."

Comments? I know we get Angel on Thursday too though, so it's not entirely accurate.

btw, my job situation is about to come to a rather nasty head. I won't be losing my job but I may be moving - not making my current boss too happy. Wish me jobma if you can.

Thanks for all the fish.

NOT MOVING AS IN MOVING TO A DIFFERENT CITY!!!!

I forbid it.

But maybe if you get out of that building you'll be able to smell again.

Was there a new Angel tonight and I just missed it? I got Zombie Cops.

NOT MOVING AS IN MOVING TO A DIFFERENT CITY!!!!

No! Moving to the other side of the wall in the same department. I woke up at 5 am again this morning thinking about what might happen today and it's making me feel physically sick. My boss is going to be mighty pissed off and she isn't the kind of person to think that I'm only trying to better my career situation. she'll think i'm doing this to piss her off. Unfortunately, I'm not the kind of person to say "Whatever,. I don't care."

Also the job fair process has started again so I'll likely be leaving her in a lurch, with only 2 staff, one who is next to useless.

It was an old Angel so now we will be 5 days and a week behind!! Stupid Space! ARGH!
