I didn't care for the song, sadly. I thought that scene was the weakest in the episode.

I think you're right about the consternation it will start, Sue. Am I a bad person to be kind of looking forward to it?
I'll enjoy it for about 5 minutes, then I'll think, oh no, not this again.
I see the difference - I haven't been through it already, since I didn't join internet fandom until season 4. I'll probably get sick of it soon enough, but I'm not pre-sickened.
Are you saying you thought it needs censoring, because I thought it was okay.
No, I thought it was fine since most of the violence happened off screen. Now watch, Betsy's son will be terrified of spiders (like your nephew Sue) and it will tramatize him forever.
If people didn't realize until now that Xander lied to Buffy about Willow trying to restore Angel's soul 5 years ago then they aren't paying close enough attention. Xander has had his own agenda when it comes to Buffy for years.
Actaully, I thought the Spider didn't look all that spidery. It just looked like a big-ass bug to me.
It was really creepy when it was going to bite Buffy and had her pinned on the ground. Where the hell was Xander then?? She didn't push him away that hard.
I'll enjoy it for about 5 minutes, then I'll think, oh no, not this again.
I must have missed (or skipped) any other Anti/Pro Xander fights. Since I love Willow (sorry Elena!) does that automatically make me part of the Anti-Xander faction?
I can't believe they brought up the whole Xander lied thing.
I can't wait until this hits the main Buffy thread tonight...
Buffy's been living a LIE for 4 1/2 years! She thought she killed her boyfriend with her best friend's sanction! Xander didn't tell her that Willow was trying to save Angel's soul! XANDER is EVIL!
t /practising for later
Someone just posted this on the Buffy thread.
Maybe Anya has served the Scoobies hash brownies & Buffy stabs her as part of another drugzizbad episode. Good in milk; go mooshy, mooshy. Jack Soo, R.I.P.
He got the stabbing part right!
so, is Anya "human" again?
I think, back in the day, it was big point of contention between the B/A's and the B/X's. Not to mention it's brought up every time Xander's character was brought into question.
