If people didn't realize until now that Xander lied to Buffy about Willow trying to restore Angel's soul 5 years ago then they aren't paying close enough attention. Xander has had his own agenda when it comes to Buffy for years.

Actaully, I thought the Spider didn't look all that spidery. It just looked like a big-ass bug to me.

It was really creepy when it was going to bite Buffy and had her pinned on the ground. Where the hell was Xander then?? She didn't push him away that hard.

I'll enjoy it for about 5 minutes, then I'll think, oh no, not this again.

I must have missed (or skipped) any other Anti/Pro Xander fights. Since I love Willow (sorry Elena!) does that automatically make me part of the Anti-Xander faction?

I think, back in the day, it was big point of contention between the B/A's and the B/X's. Not to mention it's brought up every time Xander's character was brought into question.
