... and that's a Pantera's box you don't want to open. - Mister Furious

No can do. Scott's using the phone in a distinctly long distance kinda way. I believe he's talking to his lady friend from Noo Yawk.

Thanks for all the fish.

Fine. Though Brian is, I believe, attempting to call you...

Socks are a running theme throughout the series. They are used as symbols of freedom, redemption and love.

Ouise, I would like the Firefly DVDs please
Sure. When and where can we meet up? I'm sure I'll be able to spare some time from my hectic schedule of doing nothing much.

Thanks for all the fish.

Hmm... I'll be working at Spring Garden all day Friday and all day Saturday, though if you happen to be there at any point this week you can always just drop the sucker off and they will see that I get it.

I hope it plays in my DVD player.

Hello! I must be going.

Hi Canadians! Did anybody see this interview with Naomi Klein in this week's NY Times Magazine?

It seems to tie into that famous Robertson Davies observation that America was the rebellious, flashy, noisy daughter of England while Canada was the good quiet girl who stayed at home. Or, as a friend of mine once said, being Canadian must be like living next door to the Simpsons. I shot back that living next to Canada is like living next to the Flandereses, but he'd made his point.

Elena, I'll be sure to drop them off on Friday. Even if they won't play in your DVD player, you can watch them on the computer. If our %^&$# sound card worked, we would have already have seen them. *sigh*
