Wash: So, two days in a hospital? That's awful. Don't you just hate doctors? Simon: Hey. Wash: I mean, present company excluded. Jayne: Let's not be excluding people. That'd be rude.

Atlantic Canadian Monday Madness

[NAFDA] We used to get Buffy the day before everyone else, now we get Angel a week after everyone else. And Firefly every Monday!

I'll see you there, but I may not stay for long, or I may come a little late.

Elena, did you watch Firefly?

Socks are a running theme throughout the series. They are used as symbols of freedom, redemption and love.

The mention of Firefly got me all excited for a moment, thinking "New episode tonight!" Then I remembered that there isn't one. That's just not fair. Oh well, it's still Friday, and there will still be Farscape, which I hope will be more fun and less depressing than last week's.

Thanks for all the fish.

Megan, I did! I watched it twice. I love that show. No new one tonight? Crap. Insent, by the way, for tape return possibilities.

Susan, I, too, need to know. What's a flark?

Thanks for all the fish.

Is the baseball game on Global instead of Firefly?

I believe so.

Thanks for all the fish.

Damn... I'm kicking myself that I didn't tape and save Firefly from the get go... I just hope it lasts long enough for summer reruns.

Indeed! We actually didn't get last week's episode on tape and I was out on Friday evening, so I thought I wouldn't get to see it. But Nora came to the rescue - she was visiting a friend and noticed that her friend's mother had taped it, so she borrowed the tape for me. I would have hated to miss it - it was such a good episode.

Have you seen the first two episodes? If not, we could lend you the tape, I'm sure.

This was the creepiest and most depressing Farscape yet. I felt so sad for that Pilot. Just disgusting.

The rock, paper, scissors scene at the end was funny though.
