'Out Of Gas'

Atlantic Canadian Monday Madness

[NAFDA] We used to get Buffy the day before everyone else, now we get Angel a week after everyone else. And Firefly every Monday!

I have class until 8 on Monday. But I would join you after if you guys would still be there.

I'm up for martinis, man! Anytime, any place.

Around work we just called "Martini Megan" because she's either just had one, is about to have one, or is sleeping off the effects of one too many in the supply closet.

Yes, and keeping Boozy Suzie out of my liquor stash is next to impossible.

Oh, and speaking of Lush (rimshot) the stupid Ottawa store was closed when I got there so no joy for us!

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Are the Retirement Village People a real band, Megan? That tag is hi-larious.

No, it's from a Diet Dr. Pepper commercial. It took me forever to figure out what the really old men in village people type outfits were singing.

Thanks for all the fish.

We can hit the Fireside at 8ish if that works for all.

Can we talk about Ontario's decision about same-sex marriages? I see that a gay couple from NB just went to Ottawa to get married, and I understand that Elsie Wayne is pissed. Also I hear the NS will not be recognising these marriages?

Does anyone have any info on this (I, myself, do not read the newspaper or watch the news because I've got a BRAND NEW KITCHEN)? Oh, and if there is a place I can call or write to in order to register my support for same-sex marriage I'd like to do that.
