I don't think it matters, partly because I am convinced that that's not Angel anyway. (Totally unspoiled on this, btw.)
But even if it were, nothing here affects/was affected by the Angel finale that I can see.

I really enjoyed this ep, but what was with the cheesy music with the Buffy and Angel. It makes me think it is fake and calculated to make Spike angry. He seemed weird. But I am second guessing myself because everything seems weird sometimes.

Sophia, I'm with you. Angel's entrance, the big hero music and glamour shot pose, his whole manner. I think that while Caleb got stronger from joining with the FE, the FE (probably briefly) got the ability to become corporeal, as it was whining about last week. It's totally a set-up to fuck with Spike.
On the other matter, he did I think get something from W&H, but it hasn't come into play yet, so I don't the AC's are missing anything much by not having that info really. And, like I said, I don't think that's him in the first place.
