Marco: Do we look reasonable to you? Mal: Well. Looks can be deceiving. Jayne: Not as deceiving as a low down dirty... deceiver.

'Out Of Gas'

Atlantic Canadian Monday Madness

[NAFDA] We used to get Buffy the day before everyone else, now we get Angel a week after everyone else. And Firefly every Monday!

They seem to have gone back the the beginning with Buffy's wardrobe. What's with the see through white top with the black bra? Very early 1980s Madonna.

Kennedy/Willow sex.... ugh! I really miss Tara.

I liked the episode more than others of late... Except the Spike speech made me almost roll my eyeballs out of my head.

So, is that "Melaka's Axe"? Sure looks like it to me.

A person's concepts should exceed their vocabulary, or what's a metaphor?

Looks like it to me too. They all laughed at me last week when I glibly told them that what cCaleb had taken was a big red axe.

Boy, were they shocked at the end of this week. I feel... vindicated.

Don't make me come down there!

So little traffic here tonight. It worries me.

I think the bittorrent was late Winnow.

Ah, thanks. I was worried about everyone!

I still havn't found the torrent for this week, and usually I can have my VCD done by air time or shortly after.

Hopefully it won't get more difficult when I'm this close to a complete collection of the series...

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

No question that's Fray's axe. Buffy's look of recognition was very cool -- like she knew what is was and didn't know what it was at the same time.

It really did absolutely nothing for me, but I can't think of a better way to get from where they were to where they need to be.

Well said.

So I'm thinking the ax is one of those Arthurian Sword-in-the-Stone dealies?
